Some products were used fresh before but some were very old. Every time anything went on sale products are absolutely off and waste of money. After my last purchase that I had to throw away all the nuts I purchased on sale priced, I no longer shop from them. I also emailed them through their website to notify them that the products were off but never heard back.

I walked in and immediately was greeted with Hi can I help you? I responded with yeah actually I’m looking for pawpaw oil, me being Canadian I wasn’t sure the exact name of it. I was brought to the area to find the product. Next I grabbed the product, and continued to walk around the health food store to see if there was anything else that would be worthy to purchase. I saw another employee, and again the immediate response was Hi can I help you? I replied no thanks just browsing. Then got a stare down, followed by the first employee right behind me saying WHERE DID HE GO! The experience from your employees made me feel like I did someone wrong. For the record I don’t steal, have never shoplifted, but felt like i was treated like a criminal after leaving your business. I responded with I’m not a shoplifter, bought the pawpaw ointment when the employee said oh no I was looking for the other staff member. You accuse your customers of stealing, and then lie to them to try to smooth it over. Not a great overall experience. David
Plastic, plastic, plastic!!! I went into this store expecting it to be organic and plastic free as it is called ‘Naked Foods’. We walked in and everything was covered in plastic. We ended up buying a small serving of muesli and it cost 20, way too expensive! We also bought the only tea packet that wasn’t covered in plastic, but then found out that the individual tea bags were wrapped in non recyclable plastic. The concept of this store is great HOWEVER there is wayyyy to much PLASTIC and it is too EXPENSIVE!
