Had the pleasure of dealing with Luke for the purchase of a Qashqai. Ordered the car in January and Luke kept me in the loop through the entire process. His customer service was amazing, and he was very friendly and approachable. He took the time to understand my needs and ensured that I drove away with a car that I loved. He was always prompt to address any questions and concerns that I had. Sarah-Jayne from finance was also extremely helpful and the other Sarah was lovely and made the experience really light-hearted and fun. Overall was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!!

Luke Mitchell was amazing. Knew what we wanted- what i wanted in a car - safety, storage space, leg space, new interior- and he was so good to deal with. He kept in constant contact with updates on my new car and what process it is in with manufacturing and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. If i could give more starts i would. This was the best business experience of my life. Luke was easy to talk to and he treats women with respect - I felt really looked after by him and that I could trust him.
