We went while the Begonia flower show was on and it was a spectacular sight. The begonias were massive in size when compared to the ones found in home gardens. People were let inside in an orderly manner and covid safe measures were in place. The botanical gardens had a huge lake and we walked around the late and spotted variety of wildlife in the water.

Beautifully maintained.we were there just by chance took a stop over from a long drive. It was some flower festival. The flowers were in the full bloom ahhh bright colours every where.i wish we could stay longer.you need a day to spend in the area as right opposite to the Botanical garden there is a lake and if you have kids they can spend time in the adventure park right on the lake.A must visit!

Awesome experience... variety of flowers. Dahlias were my personal favourites. Begonia festival conducted by them is worth watching... Its indeed an overwhelming experience. The blooms capture your heart.

Lovely weekend getaway from city. Only 1 hour drive from inner west Melbourne. Large begonia collection in the green house. Garden is beautifully maintained. Walking around lake next to the garden is peaceful. There is a restaurant and cafe next to the lake. Toilet in the garden is very clean. Take picnic with you and spend time with friends or family !

We visited during the Begonia Festival. Such beautiful gardens, stunning begonias, we loved the Prime Minister walk! A great place for families to have a picnic as well.

Great place for a slow walk especially during Autumn and Winter. Coffee shop is not far away too. A playground for children is just accross the road. Plenty of room for children to run away from their parents
