Played the magicians room with two other people. Puzzles were thoughtfully layed out and generally followed a well planned path. A red herring threw us off for a few minutes, but otherwise a very enjoyable experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Did the vault with a friend. It took the 2 of us 45mins. The room we well layed out, however, I think the difficulty needs to be raised.
I enjoyed the magician room, have a great balance of difficulties. Staff was friendly and the guy at the front was super helpful when we needed a hint. Loved the sign out the front and around the buildings.
Love it, best one we have done in Perth so far. Looking forward yo do all of their rooms.

The vault room was actually quite well set out and entertaining, however putting 2 stars for the poor customer service. My group came in over the weekend and two young ladies seem to be working by themselves. We walked in and they were on their phones, the lack of excitement on their faces wasn’t very welcoming. They seemed like they hated their job and wanted it over and done with. One of the chicks who explained at the start obviously looked like she was bored of telling the same story and it didn’t give us any excitement. During the hour we asked for assistance, as the chick came in to help, one of our members figured it out. The girl looked like it was such an inconvenience that we asked her for help. She assumed we broke the gate door as we skipped a step, but the magnet obviously wasn’t working properly or the door wasn’t shut properly previously. As it all came to an end of us completing it the girl walked in and basically said the exit is this way. No congratulations or real excitement given on achieving the goal. Will definitely not come back due to the poor service. EDIT: emailed the given email below straight away, been nearly two weeks without any response hmmm

I wouldn't recommend. While the design of the room looks nice there is no real atmosphere. No ambient music and the staff seemed pretty uninterested in building any excitement. It ticks the boxes of an escape room, ie you need to follow clues in sequence to get through but the clues were all very basic and did not require much thought, and therefore there was no real sense of achievement (at least with "the vault" room). The team in "the magician" room could not get through because one of the locks was malfunctioning (the team found out from the staff after wasting 20 mins). For the same price as many other escape rooms I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
