Caffeine Bear

Booked a camping site for 3 nights, but wish we could stay longer. It's a beautiful, quiet property filled with gorgeous sweet gums. The owners are friendly and helpful. The amenities block is spotless. The shops are within walking distance, and the rail trail passes out front, so bring your bike.

Unfortunately the bathroom os full of flying insects at night and dead insects in the morning. It's a good place to sleep overnight and the area is nice, but expected a cleaner bathroom for paid campsite.. if doors or blinds were installed to reduce the amount of insects it would have made a big difference

We recently stayed 4 nights, it is a lovely quiet park, with very clean amenities and lots of lovely trees, the site we had was a great size with a concrete pad. Lisa (owner) was very helpful in every way. I highly recommend a stay at this park and would definitely return myself. Thank you again Lisa keep up the good work. Lauren

Fantastic setting in a beautiful town, well appointed caravan park. Plenty of BBQs, and some much time explore within the caravan park itself. All topped off by the team working there, so so helpful and welcoming. We’re definitely going back.

We stayed 3 nights and had a lovely time, definitely could of stayed longer. We had our dog and he loved checking out the creek along the back of the park. We had an unpowered site and it was super spacious and shady. The toilet/shower blocks were clean and water pressure was delightful. Owners were really lovely and no issues, price was super cheap would definitely come back. There were bins close to us which was super handy and got cleaned while we were here.

We stay here every year in January for 2 weeks or so. Absolutely beautiful park with wonderful owners. The shower and toilet amenities are always clean and tidy with daily cleaning. Theres a few washing machines and dryers too which is handy on long stays. The river behind the park is beautiful and is a great spot to take your pups for a swim in the warmer months. Large camping sites and not overly crowded so you still have a good amount of privacy. Cant wait to go back!!

What a beautiful well priced caravan park and a very lucky find for us. Initally booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5! (could have gladly stayed longer). Lovely big, quiet sites with beautiful shady trees. Owner/operators could not be more friendly and helpful. We will be back!
