1 star because I feel scammed. For an initial consultation fee of 220 I was told to only expect general financial advice, perhaps it was partially my fault for accepting this without realising exactly how vague ‘general’ was. I came into the consultation armed with knowledge of what mortgage and investment options existed only to have that information reflected back at me. Really disappointed that any of my specific questions pertaining to my personal finances weren’t answered - as that was behind a further paywall of minimum 3000.
