I saw a sale on and found some items to buy only to find my legal tender (cash) was not accepted at all. When I asked why I’m told real money is dirty, it’s a Covid19 issue. One thing I have noticed is the shops playing the ‘dirty money’ game tend to lose LOTS of easy sales. Many older people don’t have cards or tap n go as alternative payment methods. Anything that is set up to be a disadvantage to any shopper is very bad business. Kmart, Woolworths, Aldi, JBHiFi, David Jones don’t play the ‘dirty money’ game. It’s a very horrible feeling when your told the ‘real’ money in your hand is worthless in this shop. Please remove this stupid fearful policy.

My wife came in today at around 11am looking to buy a certain blanket. Staff named Ana was rude, abrupt and not helpful. Asked if there was any new blankets available. After meandering around the store, was told the only blanket available was the one on display. Due to COVID-19 concerns, my wife asked if the product is clean as the blanket can be handled by the public. Ana was dismissive, didn't give a straight answer and at the same time pushing for the sale. My wife also asked if the blanket came with the original box and packaging. Again Ana was dismissive, and rudely suggested to go to David Jones to buy packaging. Recommend management look into this, especially the attitude shown to COVID-19 concerns. Highly concerning.
Great service! The lady who served me was very helpful. Assisted me with everything I needed for setting up kids bed. Cost a little more than I would have liked but very happy with the quality of their products.
Great selection of home ware. Bought bed sheets and various mats for our new home from here. Extremely helpful staff, very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Very high quality products, you get great value for the price you pay. Extremely happy with all purchases.
