Visited o Sunday, 11/04/2021 around 13:30. Staff aren't helpful at all,Seems they got more interest on their mobile phone, especially the staff at the DECIEM, did not move his eyes from his mobile phone for a single second. Simply want to purchase an item from Kiehl's and was told the staff is on her break. Looking for other staff at other cosmetic counters to help, no one is willing to help me to pay my item and keep chatting. Finally a lady from chanel came and helped me to check out. It is not a busy time at Myer, while no one does not even care about customers. It won't be a surprise Myer close more stores if the staff treat customers so badly.

Had an Incredible experience with Liana in the Homeware Section on Saturday. Absolutely A Grade service, super friendly and proactively helpful. The general Myer homewares department had also great range and decent prices.

Thanks to the lifts at Myer I could easily navigate across multiple floors of mall. Finding lifts in the mall is a task as they are hidden in corners

Myer, what can I say. Its good, can usually find what I want, juts hard to find someone who works there to help you. Great to go on a Thursday night, its not too busy.
