Many thanks to Sam today. Had problems with the seat belt on the drivers side not locking and he took time out from his busy schedule to assist straight away. We had to get back to Melbourne and were stressing but Sam fixed the issue in no time. What a great bloke, knew what he was doing and all good. Many thanks

Braiden and the team at Torquay were great. Nice friendly and helpful service, they were honest with what my car needed to make it safe to again. They went through what I needed before doing anything to my car. They explained it in terms I could understand, being someone who knows nothing about cars. My car is running like new again. I had excellent service on a flat tyre today - the bloke in charge, Dave, was thoughtful and safety-conscious over the phone as I had to drive 30 minutes or so to get there. The work was done promptly by Sean, the cheerful apprentice, and overseen by Dave. I normally don’t believe it when I see all those five star reviews, but based on my experience today, I reckon they’re correct. Good on yer!
