Got a tow bar installed. When I explained I needed urgently, ORE did their best to find a time a time ASAP even if they were very busy. Put the car in for install in the morning and had it back just after midday. Very, very pleased with the install. Will be coming back for more soon!

Had a bullbar fixed. Quoted 3 to 4 hours. It took 8 hours. Very inconvenient as I don't live around the corner. I understand these things take time. I was told when I rang after 4 and a half hours that 'there were no problems with the fit and all was progressing well but would be about an hour and a half before finished.' What to do with myself so far from home! I rang 2 hours later to be told another 45 minutes. Quite frankly they didn't give a damn. Also mentioned to me they were out of pocket coz it took longer? Not my problem.
