I purchased a cleaver online, which turned out to be faulty. After returning it, I stupidly bought another, which suffered a stress fracture after only a few times of light use. Poor product and poor customer service (they are unwilling to accept a return).

Butchers workshop was a lot of fun and great value for money, Brent showed us a Slice of the knowledge he has to offer. Great range of stock from professional/commercial through to DIY everything home made; meats, cheese, beer, wine, spirit, bbq, smokers and plenty more. Well worth the drive
