MWF have been very helpful in supplying the materials for our new bathrooms and a water filtering system. Michael went the extra mile by trying to source fittings for our new bathrooms that were not part of their standard range or on display in the showroom. Communication via email and text was quick and efficient. He would try to find similar items based on pictures we sent him so we were able to buy locally as much as possible. The guys delivered all in time for the works to begin, with no hassle. Competitive pricing and they would try to match anything you could find cheaper elsewhere. Thanks again!!

Always have what we need plus advice
Thank you very much for responding to our request yesterday to reinstall gas connection to our stovetop and fix a faulty toilet cistern. To come out to our rural property in the day was much appreciated! Brent did a fantastic job on both, despite the gas connection proving to be a rather challenging task due to old bench and connection pipes. Please pass on our appreciation to him again; he is a credit to your business.

MWF did the plumbing when we rebuilt our house around 6 years ago.All seemed well until recently when the pipe connected to the bottom of the toilet fell off because they never put any supports on the pipe.It's amazing it didn't fall off earlier. They sent someone to fix it that caused another problem and they had to send someone to fix that problem. Then they had the nerve to send me an invoice for something that I paid for 6 yrs ago that wasn't done correctly. Numerous phone calls to the manager have gone unanswered and all they can do is send me reminders. Worse than that, after checking that they had put the straps on the pipe to secure it I noticed the hot and cold water pipes under the house are just hanging there with no support. I'm pretty sure this is not the right thing to do and will probably become a problem at some stage. Perhaps this review might get a response from them. Really, is it too much to expect a professional finish that complies with building codes , or even a phone call to discuss the matter??? Shame on you MWF.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MWF Plumbing to anyone!! Great installation , extremely prompt , very neat and tidy , easy to deal with . Great communication with sales staff and tradesman onsite . Went out of there way to do what I wanted and superb recommendations and adjusted to Change very easily. I am very greatful for the amazing service MWF Plumbing has delivered to us. We are about to purchase a brand new Wood Heater for the coming Winter.....Can’t wait !!!! I
As a builder, I have used a number of plumbers around Stanthorpe over the last 20 years. None have compared to MWF Plumbing. Mario and Frank stood by their customers, and when something went wrong, they would always fix it! Mario's two sons, Stephen and Michael, now run the business, and their service remains second to none. I do not believe comments attacking their reputation. Even today they fixed a burst pipe for me that was installed by another plumber!!! MWF have proved time and again to be excellent tradesmen and honest in every dealing. 20 years of great service guys. Thank you again!
