Had a van from Newcastle come steam clean beds and carpet. They quote you a price. Then when they turnup they make up a story about getting stains out they need a special product. They have over charged me twice. Don't fall for the confusion job and make then stick to the quote. They do a good job , but who likes to be told lies.
