Did a great job of repairs but gave me limited notice to collect my car so they could close at 2pm on a Friday made things difficult. Sent a relative to collect and they didn't ask for any ID just handed my keys over which was concerning for me.

Inefficient systems in place funds were transferred day before yet when I went to collect my car admin had not been updated on payments that had been processed so I was left waiting The turnaround time on the repairs was fine the pickup was disappointing.
