Can't recommend Musclemania enough. I contacted 13 different companies with a list of equipment I wanted for a home gym seeing who could give me the best deal. As an exercise scientist and competitive obstacle course racer I was very specific about what I wanted. Musclemania provided great customer service from the beginning and gave the best price by far. The shipping quote alone was 500 less than most other companies! I was actually a bit nervous at first how much cheaper it was compared to big known brands but now after having my gym for a month the equipment quality is perfect and you can see how much known brands increase prices just for a logo. Christina was very helpful allowing me to layby so I could have the stock ready for as soon as we moved into our new house. Other companies were giving ETAs of Jan-Feb 2021 (when asked early September). Within a week of my final payment Rodd delivered over 50 boxes straight into my garage with every item accounted for. Very impressed.

These guys are really awesome to deal with. The quality of product is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. From the moment you walk into the showroom to when the product is delivered it is great service. I purchased the Dual Pulley Cable Machine and this was setup by Zaac in my garage, there was a part that wasn't included so he went to Bunnings and got it and before coming back to complete installation. Machine is working very well and would definitely shop with them again

Purchased on 2 occasions from this store. On the first occasion we bought an exercise bike but were advised that they only had the one on the floor available. They were very open and were not pushy at all. We checked it out and bought it. Never an issue. Returned recently and purchased 2 more pieces of equipment. Upon returning home and whilst unpacking from the box i noticed damage to a piece of the product. After phoning the store i returned it and was immediately refunded the purchase price as there were no more in stock. I was given a number of options prior to refund and the staff could not have been more helpful or assisting. Cant recommend these guys highly enough and i will be back once the benches are back in stock.

I have a feeling something fishy is going on here. I purchased a bosu blance ball for a standard price with "express" shipping. 198 - the next say customer service calls me up to say that the postage was only an estimate (didn't notice this in the description anywhere) & postage would be 80 "it was heavier than they thought ". So I paid the extra 60 ontop of the already 198 over the phone. Thats close to the price of an original bosu. But it wasn't worth the trouble due to me going through afterpay. Its been a fortnight now & no sign of the Bosu from "express shipping". I'm sure it will arrive but its more the postage price issue - I'd be willing to but money on this being a tactic to basicly strong arm you into paying more for items as they have quite good prices. If anyone else has experienced this, talk up because this is BS - I do not trust this company. I'm sure there will be a copy and paste reply any day now. LOOK OUT & REVIEW.
