Ha, I would put negative stars if I had an option. First off when I ordered from the website, there was a whole situation before with my bank that made making the transaction difficult. We had tried using a couple of different cards. When the actual order went through, I had changed my address to the appropriate billing and shipping address. It charged my card but sent it to another address that was on a different card. So my package got sent to a different address, well it never arrived at the address either even though post office said it was delivered. Then I call back to find out what my next steps are and I keep getting some ladies voicemail that sounds like a personal phone. I’ve made several email us inquiries, ans none of them have gotten returned. Beginning To think this place is a scam.
Extremely terrible customer service!!! They have one single person that deals with customer service in the United States, and let me tell you she is terribly unprofessional. Sends our brace to the billing address instead of our shipping address, USPS says they delivered it in our mailbox but we never got it. We call to see if we can figure out what’s going on or get another shipped and the lady said “call the post office” basically telling us to F off. So we call USPS and low and behold nothing happens there. So we call back to get a refund and her personal phone that she uses for her job has been going straight to voicemail for the past 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Such a bad customer service and it looks like a spam, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Have to agree with other posters, the product ( Balto Jump) is not fit for purpose after trying it twice and having it fall off both times. Finally got round to contacting them to return the product, but found them very difficult to deal with and not helpful at all... Would not recommend them !
What a fantastic company to deal with. They were very prompt and efficient, even contacting me as they felt the sizing was incorrect that I had ordered and Refunded me the back extra money. I couldn’t fault them. 10/10 from me. Thank you Alpha.
