The first time I went to this subway I found a piece of hard plastic in my sandwich but I thought mistakes happen and gave them another go, well the 2nd time the bread was old I couldn’t eat it, it was hard and stale, absolutely gross. I had a massive craving for subway on Sunday so I thought I’d give them a 3rd go, you would think at 09:45am the bread would be fresh? Nope! I asked the guy behind the counter if the bread was fresh as I had a issue previously he admitted it wasn’t and it was yesterday’s bread, he even felt it and said no it’s kind of hard!! WHAT! Why are you selling old bread! I walked out and I will never be back, STOP SELLING hard stale bread to your customers

I've had subway heaps of times before from here, but this was the first time I've ordered a platter. Really disappointed with this particular instance. I had to check on allergen information. The First young girl I spoke to about the platter was amazingly helpful. She said they can make them separate and then write the initials on them, so the person who they are for, will know exactly which ones are there's. Perfect! However, when I called back and placed the order, she was not working that day. The girl I spoke with to place the order was a letdown. She spoke like she's done this 100 times before and knows what she's doing. She dismissed my requests to have the initials put on three of the sandwiches, that was specifically made for someone with allergies. Instead saying we right on everything. When I picked up the platter I asked them to point out the three that had been made, so I could point them out. Not surprising they were unable to point them out. I was annoyed by this. Picked up the platter and left. When we went to have the platter, two of the three sandwiches that were specifically made were incorrect!
The young lady who just served us was quite possibly the rudest subway employee ive ever come across, starting with the fact that she couldnt even smile or say hello when we walked in. The attitude was like we were simply annoying her day, disgraceful overall, and the managers of this establishment should reassess their training practices starting with teaching their staff to at least say please and thank you, just like im sure they expect their customers to do, basic manners, never again
Terrible, I understand problems pop up. But it was cash only as they had eftpos issues. I was not aware of this ,nor was I told as I waited patiently to get served. When I got served he said sorry but it's cash only is this okay. I said no this is not ok and I had to leave the premises as I had card only . My waiting left me a bad taste in my mouth. If a sign outside stating cash only , or if the staff had just yelled out cash only whilst people waited they would be no issue. I had great service and loved my meal on the 2 previous days. I will return. It was just one of those days.
