Staff are great here. They go out of their way to ensure my cat is not stressed and to take their time with her. She is a bit of a grumpy old girl but they always treat her with care and respect, they are never impatient with her. The extra bit of time and care makes all the difference! Thanks guys!
The beautiful staff took such amazing care of my Bichoodle Phil Collins. They made an appointment so I could visit him and spend time with him and when I went in he wasnt scared and was being so beautifuly cared for it warmed my heart. Our boy Chop who is our best boy had an infection in a cut behind his left ear. Leanne took him in on a Saturday morning and operated to clean out the infection and put in a drain, worked a treat. Our story doesn't end there as puppies do he scratched and scratched the area where the drain came out and developed a hot spot, which was treated and he is now back to his cheeky and smoochy self. Thanks to Dr. Leanne and nurse Sam who did an awesome job and made our boy all better. Take you pet to Murray River Animal Hospital for the very best professional and caring service. A big 5 from us.
