In my opinion, I could not fault this Hospital. I had to travel from Morgan to have elected sinus surgery, at the day surgery unit, 25th Aug 2020, then for an overnight stay. ALL the staff from admittance, to surgery, recovery and the after surgery care nurses, sisters and doctors were absolutely wonderful and professional in their field of work. I also must not forget the behind the scene workers eg. cleaner's, catering and food delivering staff. THANKS.

You will not be treated with any kind of respect if you don't arrive in an ambulance. You are not worthy of respect if you are not ambulance emergency. Don't attend unless you are going by ambulance. You are likely to upset the staffs plans for the night and the doctor might have gone home. You will be a pain to all concerned.

Old blood on bed that obviously hasn't been cleaned the bed itself was also in horrible repair and looked like a hazard. And yes I have proof. What a great way to possibly spread blood borne dieses.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. I arrived at emergency with a letter from my doctor stating I would possibly need a transfusion or at least an iron infusion (a ferritin level of \u003c5, iron 3, saturation 4, haemoglobin 75). I nearly passed out walking to the door and, after the radiology people saw the way I looked, I got to see an orderly, who took the letter to a nurse, and returned with a nurses triage form... I don't know how to fill out a triage form and take my own blood pressure! I still have the form if anyone wants a picture. An ambulance patient then arrived, patient transfer from a rest home for a routine x-ray (I heard the Ambos say this). Was there over an hour and 20 and never even saw a nurse. Drove myself to Tailem hospital and had iron infusion. Thanks for nearly killing me, without even bothering to triage.

Worst hospital I've ever had to deal with when it comes to calling and needing a call back! Only good thing is staff are friendly once you get seen.

Maternity staff were absolutely awesome, biggest let down here is the lack of communication between administration and the rest of the staff! Had a recent day surgery and was thoroughly impressed by how I was treated.
