Rarely these days do I experience acceptable customer service. I have lectured business subjects at uni & TAFE and always had plenty of examples of poor quality service for my students. Today was NOT ONE OF THOSE DAYS! I am referring to Betta Murgon's team! Wow, old fashion country hospitality and excellent service live here. My rating ....13/10 !
