Was made to wait 1.5 hours for my child's appointment with no indication from reception that there would be a long delay. As it turned out there were several people ahead of us, even after 1 hour there were 4 people ahead of us, with no apology from the receptionist on behalf of the clinic when I walked up to her after waiting one hour to ask her how long more we would have to wait. No apology from the doctor either. The clinic should have the consideration to call up patients to let them know that they are running behind schedule by at least 45 minutes.
