AFTER CONTACTING STEPHEN ON FRIDAY FOR A UNICYCLE I CAME TO AN AGREEMENT ON THE ONE I WANTED WHICH WAS IN STOCK I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE EMAILED AN INVOICE IMEDITELY AFTER THE PHONE CALL. NO INVOICE CAME THROUGH , SO I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD CALLED BACK THE WRONG CUSTOMER REST ASSURED MY INVOICE IS COMING . FRIDAY NIGHT CAME I WAS TOLD THEY ARE LOOKING UP SHIPPING OPTIONS TO HOLD TIGHT THEN I WAS GIVEN A LAME EXCUSE THAT I COULDNT COME IN PERSON AND PICK IT UP ON SATURDAY BECAUSE ITS HIS SONS BIRTHDAY THAT HE FORGOT COME MONDAY NO INVOICE, NO ETA , NO RETURNED CALL I CALL STEPHEN BACK TO BE TOLD I NEED TO SEND ADDRESS AND WE CAN SORT IT OUT ONCE I DID THAT I HAD NO REPLY SO I CALLED BACK TO BE TOLD ITS PUBLIC HOLIDAY COURIER WONT PICK IY UP TODAY WHICH IS FALSE I HAD PACKAGES PICKED UP TODAY AND THEN I WAS TOLD HES AT HOME WITH HIS FAMILY HE WILL DEAL WITH ME TOMOROW I WILL TAKE MY 3300 ELSEWHERE.
I love the hobby and the growing community. EUCs are fantastic fun and great commuters! Steve has also proven himself to be a quality retailer providing support and spare parts when required. My wheels: KS16x, mTen3 & V11.
Great service: very friendly and generous. I bought a V10F and it was delivered just the next day! There were some issues with the website initially but they handled the situation promptly and it was easy sailing from there on. I'm a very satisfied customer. Will happily recommend E-Riderz to everyone as their first POC for an EUC.
When it comes to EUCs in Australia, I can whole heartedly point you towards E-Riderz. I've got nothing but great things to say when it comes to the level of customer service that Steve (the owner) and his team provide. E-Riderz's after sale support is outstanding as well. If anything goes wrong with your EUC, Steve will go above and beyond to help get it sorted. He definitely came through for me when I needed a replacement part for my ride. Fantastic Company. I have had excellent service from the minute I contacted these guys. I am a new Electric Unicycle Rider. Before purchasing they were very helpful in giving me advice on the unicycle I wanted to buy and its suitability for me. The price and value was excellent. They despatched it very quickly and when it was slightly delayed by the courier, they followed up for me. All responses were very quick and answered my questions directly and to the point. Even after my unicycle was delivered they sent me some "how to learn video links and are very helpful. I highly recommend E-Riderz and will be happy to deal with them or purchase from them again in the future.
I purchased my Inmotion V11 from E-RIDERZ this year and have only received service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend buying from E-RIDERZ as Steve provides unparalleled after sales support which is a must with these machines. My V11 required a new motor and Steve got my machine back within a few days, literally cannot ask for more.
