Good at problem solving some tricky spaces that had other builders stumped, and finding cost efficient solutions that give a quality finish. Matt's team exceeded my expectations. My New Farm property kept all its charm yet looks fresh and modern. Matt managed every contractor and designer, he made sure everything was done to my specifications and a high quality standard. Major remodel and updates, ten bathrooms, ten bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms, stairs, re roof, cabinets works and air-conditioning. Multistruct managed the entire process perfectly, and also ensured the details were perfect. Matt was easy to work with, always had a professional, can-do attitude and explained everything. I really felt like my property was his priority during the time we worked together. I highly recommend Multistruct.
Matt and his team are very professional, reliable and friendly. Highly recommend. We had major work done on a 3rd bedroom as the ceiling was 10mm too low. Matt and the boys were able to raise the ceiling an extra 100mm and re-sheeted the walls and basically tidied the room up so it blended with the rest of the house. Also adding a ceiling light/fan as well as down lights. The difference is incredible.
Matt is easy to deal with and provides good communication. Happy with the quality of work at a fair price. No issues with any of the subcontractors used by multistruct and you can leave Matt to manage the job.

The quality of the job was absolutely brilliant and all done in a timely and smart manner. Highly recommend Multistruct Builders for any building jobs you need done. Matt and the boys were incredibly reliable, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Our job was a complete kitchen reno which involved removing and rebuilding walls, as well as cutting in doors and Installing Bifolds/servery. Matt was able to communicate with me and allow the space needed as well as keep some of the old features of the house. The kitchen now has a definite wow factor and we love it.
