Popped in to make some new friends at Waverley Nissan and purchased a new vehicle in the process. The team at this location are a friendly bunch but more importantly, a very professional unit indeed! What they promised has been delivered in a respectable time frame. They are clear and concise in every aspect of the transaction, happy to answer all my questions and made me feel welcome to return anytime if I had further need. Recently I bought LEAF from this dealer. I made an online enquiry and they got back to me by SMS in a reasonable time. Initially had no intention to sign for anything, but I was impressed with the car and the amount of information about the car given by one of the sales rep, Eric. As I was so happy about how all of my requests were met by him and his team, I decided to purchase one on the spot! Delivery and all the paperwork were incredibly smooth. The whole friendly team there made me feel very welcome throughout the process. I never expected buying a car was so easy and enjoyable. Aftercare so far has been responsive and cordial as expected. I look forward to their good customer service to continue in the future. Note not all Nissan dealers are like this one as I have experienced recently. The only disappointment is that I cannot charge my car free of charge at this dealer. I urge them to reconsider this. At least they should extend their generosity to customers who have purchased a car from them. P.S. the car is performing brilliantly so far.

Normally an experience I dread having to go to a car dealership and negotiate pricing on a new vehicle. Before my visit to Waverley Nissan I had been to 6 other different dealerships. There was no stand out experiences, discussing mainly revolves around specs and pricing with sales associates. At one dealership I was surprised with the inexperience the person had with not knowing how to scroll through different settings on the dashboard. My visit then into Waverley Nissan exceeded my expectations. On first entrance I was greeted by Peter Elliott. We got talking between the Mitsubishi Triton's and Nissan Navara's and he personally showed me through the vehicles. Later on, as to my shock I was to discover Peter is the dealer principal for Waverley Motor Group. The time and effort Peter spent with me to build rapport gave me the confidence in pursing to look into a Nissan Navara in closer detail. Denis Chambers showed me through the vehicle in detail for such functions as differential lock, how it works, aswell as the downhill assist controls. Denis's product knowledge of the Nissan Navara ST-X N Trek was amazing! With Denis taking me through every single detail of the car and what each button's purpose is, it made the decision to commit and purchase the vehicle stress free and a pleasant experience. We even shared a funny moment when we got to setting radio stations and we found we both have the same preferences, Smooth FM and SEN AM. :) Courtney Stead helped a ton with the finance and insurance, Andrew with compiling my total vehicle with accessories and Brony with the Blackvue dash camera. I had the pleasure of dealing with a fantastic team at Waverley Nissan, the care taken from the team has gained my loyalty in years to come. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.
I have had a great experience with Waverley Nissan. The service team are friendly and they provide a cleaning service which is complimentary when your car is in for work. I also utilised the complimentary shuttle to take me to and from work, my driver Pat was fantastic. He knows there area well and was able to get me from A to B quickly, he was also great company. Thank you to the Waverley Nissan team for looking after me so well.
The sales person did not want to provide a test drive unless a price was agreed upon on a new car purchase. Bad service if any service at all. I was ready to buy on that day. There are more than one Nissan dealer in Melbourne and lots of other makes who are more eager for your business. Their loss, not mine. Someone else will get a commission and some other dealership will be making their monthly sales target.
