This company works for builders. They approve anything and everything. If you are building your house and the builder decides to choose them as their surveyor, please stay away or 100% get a private inspector. I even doubt they even come to site or just sign the papers. They don't even look at the most obvious faults. My house didn't even have roof tiles put properly with very evident gaps and breaks and they approved it. And this is only 1 of about 20 obvious faults pointed out by my private inspector. So stay AWAY if you can.

All positive reviews are from builders. This is not a company you want to use if you are building your home. They work for the builders and will approve the most shoddy work, highly unethical.
Group Four are always efficient and professional. I enjoy dealing with them and take pride in their service.
Stay away from this company. We had to appoint a Solicitor and an independent surveyor and still this company would not inform us as to what was happening. They would pass inspections and then revoke the pass when our surveyor proved them to be wrong. No hint of professionalism anywhere to be seen with this company. Disgusting. Try looking at your current client data base. I am sure you will find us there!
We have been using Group 4 to handle our Building Permits for quite some time. Good service, experience & Fee with Group Four, deal with people all nice & helpful. As small builder they not just give you a list let you sort out, but point you the right direction, guide & help you to on the right track; Special after you submit the documents & they response within 48 hours, which is very efficient; Very happy so far.
I followed up like a anything with them to have a proper pre-slab inspection report but what I get is 3-4 photos and inspection progress log. They think I am fool. I definitely don't recommend the inspector as they have ruined my plans and taken my peace away
