Over the past 2 years I have taken my receiver amp for repair back and forth 3 times now at a total cost of 450 Dodgy Chris and Ray run the shop and give you the absolute run around. My amp is still at the shop since April this year and when I message or try to call there is no answer or reply. I’m over it and given up all hope of ever seeing my beloved Denon amp again.

Rip off and poor value for money, told me he can fix an appliance over the phone ‘no problem’ - but his real aim is to exploit the call out fees. Plus this guy has hidden fees. DO NOT RECOMMEND - call a real professional.

Chris & Ray will eventually fix your appliance after 6-8 weeks, then it will require fixing again afer a few weeks. This is when Groundhog Day starts with call after frustrating call. Evantually you will run out of patiance from being stuffed around so much and just buy a new one instead. This business is so dodgy, they even played on their name by stealing it from the renouned and trusted Minnesota USA company Earlybird Electric.
