I got quote from several reputable cabinet makers and Ms&Mr Kitchens really stood out because of their design, professionalism and price. Louie from the Chadstone store gave lots of practical suggestions and was able to provide quote and variations very quickly. Process was explained to me clearly and they followed the timeline exactly as estimated. Everything was delivered with care and their installer was top notch. I’m no expert but comparing with my other cabinets you can easily spot the difference in build quality and install. Overall very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

I received quotes from several kitchen designers and settled on Louie as he was reasonably priced, had great ideas and MS & Mr Kitchens produce their cabinetry locally. Louie was not pushy, worked to our timelines and offered great advice through the consultation phase and was always happy to take my calls outside of business hours. We made several changes to our design which he was quick to incorporate and was transparent with his costs. The manufacturing of our kitchen took only 3 weeks and arrived on time, the installer managed to install the kitchen in 3 days which was a day quicker than what was originally planned. There was an issue with the stone bench tops which was caused by the stone company having the wrong delivery day (their error not Louie's) but Louie managed to fix this on a Sunday night and managed to get the stone installers to come the next day which was the original installation date. We are so happy with the end product, our kitchen has transformed from 70's to a very modern kitchen and the quality of the cabinetry is amazing, I cannot recommend Mrs & Mr Kitchens more highly!

He stood out amongst a lot of other places we visited and we were quick to form a deeper level of trust with him after seeing him consistently deliver good quality service. It was so important for us to find someone that we felt very comfortable with, as it was our first time renovating as well. We remodelled our kitchen and laundry with Ms& Mr Kitchens, and even though I had some complex designs in mind, Sonic was patient with us and provided some great advice, bringing my vision to life effortlessly. The delivery was on time, and the craftsmanship was well fitted with attention to detail. Very happy with their work and would confidently recommend working with them. Thanks Sonic! We used Ms&Mr Kitchens for our Kitchen, Bathroom and Entry cabinetry. Working with Louie Liu made the process so easy. He was professional, patient, and had a great eye for detail. He interpreted what I wanted perfectly. His design ideas were great for our small space. We felt very comfortable dealing with him and I would recommend him to anyone. As for the cabinets - so lovely, I can't fault them. They clean well, look great and don't stain. Everything is solid construction - excellent value for money. We are really happy with the result. Go see them, you won't be disappointed.

Good customer services, delivery on time, went there beginning of December to choose for kitchen and Laundry joinery, and they actually install before Christmas, Sonic was very helpful and great knowledge, he taking care of us job from start to finish, recommend.
Louie from Chadstone store was fantastic. His help with the design and the layout was first class. Louie was always available to take a call or answer an email. Both the kitchen and laundry look great. The installers of the kitchen and the bench-tops were also great prompt and punctual. Good work Bruce.
