One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. My new LG dishwasher broke down after 4 months they sent this lot out to repair it. They fitted a new pump but the tec spilt water over the electrics so it kept blowing the house fuse when turned on. He said to leave overnight and try in morning. Tried all weekend it kept blowing the fuse. Rang then on Monday said they would be out in a weeks time. Complained about how dangerous it was to be left in this state they came 3 days later. Tec couldn't fix it so took it away for workshop repair. A week later with no contact from them I called and was told they could find no fault and would return it if I wanted but it would be another week before they could do this. A week later the Tec brought it back and reinstalled the machine. Then I got home my wife informed me he had not turned the water on because he wasn't sure how to install it. Pulled it out and found the drain pipe was hanging out which would have flooded the kitchen if used. So in summary incompetent Tecs and arrogant unhelpful office staff and poor after sales from LG who weren't interested in my complaint about the service .

Highly recommended this family run business. Choosing appliances for a newly built home could be overwhelming but Chris was so helpful in advising me on making the right choice. Very knowledgeable and their service was A1 from start to finish. Love all my miele appliances. Their Power of 4 products are excellent as well.
Excellent product range and knowledge of products
Mr Dishwasher service staff lack basic customer service training. My dishwasher was picked up for repair and then returned almost 5 weeks later and I was told no fault was found. I called them a week after it was picked up and was told it was in the workshop being tested, and would be called back with the result. (Didn't happen). I called back to check what was going on and was told no fault had been found, and they would run one more cycle to ensure there was no problem. I would be called back with the result (Didn't happen) Fed up of chasing them I left it for them to contact me, 2 weeks later (must have been the longest cycle ever) I was called to arrange the return of the unit, which would be another week, before they could deliver it! The technician who attended my house both times was a good guy, polite, listened to the problem and offered decent suggestions to avoid the fault from re-occurring. In future I'd rather the service staff you talk to be honest with customers and actually follow up phone calls.
They were recommended as the Bosch service agent. After 3 visits to fix my dishwasher (2 paid for) he finally asked me the questions he needed to diagnose the problem which it turns out wasn't worth repairing. Then needed to come out a 4th time to remove the new pump they installed which wasn't the problem (couldn't do it on 3rd visit for some reason). They agreed to reimburse me for the pump but 4 weeks later I still don't have the money.
So happy with how friendly and professional the service is at Mr Dishwasher. They not only helped me choose a suitable dishwasher and dryer for my first house, and took the time to explain how to maintain and service our products.
Great service, good product range. Their laundry detergent and dishwasher powder are great.
