Absolutely useless Inquired about a RTL after having just been at the department of commerce and was told that a RTL doesnt exist and made it seem like i was someone sort of idiot becuase "a RTL doesnt exist and if it does they have never heard of it" I would suggest that if they dont know they answer that maybe the shouldn't comment in future.
