Don't go too dangerous with the highway and lack of parking. Wildlife cruise on the Daintree would be much more beneficial. I went on a tour cruise with something called whispar can't remember the full name but was so good..

We got here just at 7pm and we able to see one very quickly. The new platform has just been installed a f you can now access it from the south side. There is a car park for it. Some locals were there fishing when we were there.
Finally looks like we will get a viewing platform. Just need a safe way for vehicles to exit and get to the area without causing congestion or accidents. But should be a good spot once done to see come crocs.

Looks like we not allowed to be here, still went and saw croc.
No crocidiles when we went. The area is also heavily marked not to visit, this clearly isn't meant to be a tourist attraction.
Stop slowing down and stoping on the bridge it's only a crocodile and we have kids and live here, and don't want to die from some stupid tourist stoping!!! to look at a crocodile that is not there for 9 months of the year. And stop feeding it as well.!!!
