As I visit your store an hour ago and I bought one black label whiskey 700 ml and two bottles of Dawson’s Retreat wine and I was going to car park. Suddenly the whiskey fall down from my hand and straight a way I went back to store. I talked to the staff regarding this but he was insist on it that he can’t refund or exchange, even he didn’t try to call his manager once. His talking way spoiled my day. Really zero customer service of your store.
Closes early, hard to find and rude staff
