I found the training experience engaging and well paced. The presenter was knowledgeable and a great communicator. The testing set up also worked very well. The emails on different topics provide another level of information and are recommended reading. Also the App is very helpful for situations when first aid is required.

Easy to book and there’s various options for studying including face to face as well as remote learning. I chose the classroom option and Stuart, our educator was very engaging and informative. He had great stories that illustrated aspects of first aid that assisted learning. The assessment was online, using our smartphones/devices and we received our results straight away. Highly recommend!

Great place, highly trained staff. The Covid 19 initiative, sending training kits to home was well thought of.

Recently completed my second training with St John Ambulance (one in person and one remotely). I can't recommend St John enough for first aid training. Trainers are engaging, knowledgeable and approachable with any questions. I wouldn't consider another provider to keep my first aid up to date.

Overall the training was good. The day was a bit long but there is nothing the trainer could have done about that there was a lot of content to get through. I did get a bit annoyed having to complete some extra work afterwards because it had been decided the course we did was compliant at the time but deemed to not be a week or so later. Some of the question in the subsequent training (name of the Act in Vic, WA and the rest of Australia...) were not covered in any training anywhere and required Google searches and some guess work.

Course was very informative and educational. This is my first course with them and did enjoy it but only criticism is that the speed of the course was too quick in some parts. I also would recommend to do CPR every 6 months as a refresher. So glad I did it tho

With an experienced first aid teacher combined with a small group, I found this course an excellent way to renew my first aid certificate

Practical tips and scenarios so class participants are easily able to correlate what is learnt in class with what occurs in the workplace.
