This place has gone down-hill. It used to be really awesome and would pack out most days/nights. Thursday 18/7 there was like only 4 tables of people there. No ambience either. Staff disinterested and not overly friendly. Upon advising the food was cold they took it back to kitchen and simply microwaved the Pad Thai meal. My chicken parma was very small, chips were not hot, salad miniscule. The manager does not care too much about the place. Do not recommend anyone to go here. Drinks overpriced too.

I was at the cafe dining last week with some friends, I do not recommend anyone ever go here at all, as the food was absolutely disgusting. The service was non-existent and no one could speak proper english and we don't speak Chinese. Our drinks were watered down and waiting for the meals far too long to find in the end we couldn't eat it because it was awful. When complaining to management, he dismissed us. Awful restaurant ever. Disgusted.
Omfg. Of all the restaurant I have eaten at this is the No.1 worst. Service is horrible, can't complain about the service because there isn't any!! Horrible food and drinks. Just awful. Female manager is rude and self absorbed and the male manager is clueless.
booked a reservation for my friends and i, dinner came late and cold, cuterly was dirty as well as our wine glasses, staff couldnt be understood as we do not speak Chinese. The manager didnt take us seriously when we complained and when we went up to pay we got asked twice for a tip. Why would we leave a tip if our food and service was disgraceful.
went with a mate 4 drinks and a simple meal...the girl behind bar...not welcoming at all..didnt understand english well..NOT pleasant at all..had no idea how 2 pour a beer ..aaah but then we ordered fish and chips..food was cold...not nice at all..and when i compained 2 so called MANAGER...he wasnt polite at all or accomadating..no will not be going there again
This place...clancys restaurant was a TOTAL waste of time and MONEY. Also very ambarassing in front of our friends. .FOOD very costly and not good quality. We had a waiter..named Rob ..who thought way 2 highly of himself...yet rather incontinent at his job...TERRIBLY dussapointing...Another young waitresss.. not pleasant at all and not good at English...OVERALL not a good night...TERRIBLE service...overpriced NOT GOOD FOOD.. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..PLEASEdo not waste your time and MONEY..OR did i mention we also got dirty CUTLERY...TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE...
Staff very accomodating. Food well presented and good value..NIce setting, good parking.
This place was great. Friendly staff and the food was excellent. Pork belly entrée, eggplant parmigiana main, Atlantic Salmon main, creme brulee dessert and passion fruit mousse dessert were all exceptional dishes. Highly recommended.
