I am having very bad experience from staff members of this Studio M. I was well assisted by the sales team though. I am very disappointed from one of the design team member , Lauren McAllister. I didn't get good assistance and guidance on the Color selections day and never get a response on time. Because of these things my building process being postponed by three months even though my land was vacant, and I am still waiting to get started. I wasted three months mortgage which was because of poor assistance. Rather than giving proper advise and guidance she just wanted to sign on contract. I am very disappointed from the assistance and guidance after the sales team.

Seems I can't even give you my money! I sent an email over a week ago about your offer I wanted to explore. With a 700k budget and ready to decide you've shown zero interest.... no response to my email. I even rocked up at your Glen Waverley show home to have another look and left my details again... was told I'd get a same day call! Zero response over 3 days later. Not interested in my money??
It is totally up to luck and who is your building group and quality, we settled for one year and theres over 5 or 6 issue already the worst is the leaking ceiling and cracking roof edges in our decking, Metricon start offer with decent building prices but its better to think twice. I do want to offer 5 starts but their building group have given me a bad experience.
I have a bad experience dealing with Metricon staff, totally unprofessional, not responsive. I approached metricon for my two projects over three months and was referred to a junior staff. The staff is not prepared and not responsive, never follow up to the agreed next steps from the meetings. I’m building new houses on both property concerned. The staff asked for more documents and drawings and then never respond to me until I follow up several times and waited for the delayed response, the response was negative and abrupt and nothing on what we agreed to. Disappointed. Not recommend Metricon to any customers.
Please Careful with them and think twice before you move. I shame my self-giving good review in first. Sales and the site supervisor is good but admin staff really make you dress to a puppet. They play disappointing game for Windows infilling as it benefits to them. They carefully get rid of your attention from this, never mention during colour selection and Even their colour selection document this is not included. You can only see it in drawing very tiny letters and next when you are signing. When u realised you are failed mate….. 2

We are trying to contact our Building Support Coordinator – Metro South Kate Hocking for almost a month now to see whether we can do a minor variation to a water tap . However she does not reply to our calls ,emails or voice messages. This is an extremely bad customer serivces for us having signed building contract with Metricon Please attend to this as soon as possible . Gothama Hewawithana
