They had everything I needed, friendly staff that have great knowledge.. plesent atmosphere..
The staff were lovely in helping me choose what food, bedding and cage to get for my mouse when I decided to take her home. They were also great at helping my sister find some items to put in her beta fishes tank that he wouldn't be able to hurt himself on and why he kept swimming up to his filter and being pushed away from it. 10/10 would recommend

Bought a cat scratch post from them. Excellent service, held on to item for us as we were undecided yesterday. Then Bradley gave us a great discount today, couldn't be happier. Lots of animals at this branch, heaps of stock. Worth a visit! See photos of our happy cat (ω) , price was under 160 :)
Very friendly staff and very helpful with anything you need
Great selection both in store and online. My only issue was the limited stock on the more popular products. Otherwise prices are great and they send members discounts and offers regularly. My preferred store for most if not all my pet needs.
