I was looked after by Lyn & Lee They gave amazing customer service and went the extra mile. They were genuinely friendly and are not out just to sell me something A service ladies and you are an absolute asset to this store.

Went in to check on something. Was free to browse and asked if I needed help without feeling pressured into buying anything. Staff were friendly and approachable. Offered alternatives which I have at home instead of trying to get me to buy something that I didn't need and wouldn't have been able to use anyway. I'll go back there just because of my experience.

Went into store today with an idea of what I wanted they didn't have what I was looking for but Lee was amazing thought outside the square and I came away very happy with her suggestion. Rather than have no sale Lee gave an idea for which I purchased so no sale turned into sale amazing service with a welcoming smile.

This is my favorite shop i go often in this store. Staff are very helpful , friendly . I never felt pressed.
