I love this place as it's one of the only places that have decent modern style clothing for plus size. Almost all my dresses and outfits for special occasions come from City chic. Staff are always helpful and informative and friendly and I like that they're nearly always wearing products they sell. Would've been 5 star if pricing wasn't so high.

I went to pick up my click and collect. As soon as I walked into the store a lady working there yelled at me "Have you checked your email!". I said "Are you talking to me?". Long story short. This lady who was the store manager said if I didn't have an email I couldn't pick it up or a text". I have never had to supply an email or text ever in this store! She called me a liar! I said I have my license. She said SHE WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY LICENCE!? I asked why? It's the best form of I.D there is. She made me stand there with my new born who has special needs for 30 minutes. I found the email thank goodness. The store manager of Mount Ommaney is an unhelpful, lazy woman. She wouldn't even check my city chic card. I would suggest going to another store. It very unclean smelling in the store. Staff are very loud and snappy to customers. The store is a poor design and has way to much stock. Every time I've been in there staff are always talking loudly about their personal life.

Obnoxious and unwilling to help find a different size dress while I was in the dressing room. Was too busy putting out stock and gossiping with her coworker. Springfield has much better customer service.

What fantastic staff at the Mt Ommaney store. I purchased my items on line and one of my items didn't look good on me. The staff at this store were so quick and helpful . They were happy to return my item without any pressure to repurchase another item. I always use click and collect at this store and now I know why. Happy staff with a positive attitude.
