Terrific weather and great spot, would be a good idea to carry your jacket. Ample parking and around 4 BBQs Toilet were dirty.

Wonderful tracks and a good hike of around 18 km. Mount Macedon Loop has different scenes that may capture your heart.

Completed the Camels Hump hike/bush walk. It's a moderate walk with lots of hills and rocks along the path, must have hiking shoes. We loved the hike esp bc we could take our fur baby. Lots of fresh air, beautiful trees and amazing bird sounds.

Just a 40mins drive from Melbourne. Macedon is a place that has a full of great histories. Beautiful place for picnic.
