We absolutely love their kitchen bratt. We can cook large quantities of our sauce in less than one hour. Heni, Rikki and Elli have been so supportive to us as we grow our business. We also recommend that you try out their Cooking Professor classes. The aromas that they create are amazing!
Kitchen is always dirty, yet the owner will constantly send emails saying you did not leave the kitchen clean. She will come into the kitchen and tell you to clean stoves as they were spotless the night before but as a chef for 10 years I can tell you they have never been cleaned. Sinks and benches and bin every day are dirty upon arrival. Hardly ever any coolroom space. Deliveries are always interrupting use. A few times they have double booked the kitchen so good luck with that.
These Kitchens are absolutely immaculate and they even help you with local council licenses!
