We purchased a Computer for the first time in May for my 15yr old and she loves it, was fully recommended by the staff, when our 14yr old b'day came up they did it again in November. Amazing team, very helpful and awesome products. Will be back agin for sure.

You can not go wrong dealing with Precision Computers. I have not even recieved my product yet and to even review a company is not something i usually do. These guys are exceptipnal in customer service and comunication. Veenay has spared alot of his time discussing and providing information to me on numerous occasions, even though i prpbaly ask the same question time and time again. Trust in precision computers, you may need to be patient at times, but this is a good thing as businesses that are busy speak for themselve. Veenay and his organisation are a credit to hard work. Support them and you will not be disapointed. Remember i write this review before i recieve my prodoct, this is because i know i am dealing with a true honest old school gentleman.
Precision Computers analysed an external drive for me and found it had a head issue. I was able to find my critical data on another device, so I didn’t need the advanced services required to recover data. Pete provided a great report and returned the drive at no cost. No data, no cost is true. The whole process was easy and quick. I’ll look to use these guys again for any pc needs.
Great service, informative and honest. Bought a gaming PC for my partner and it works great. Will definitely be going through these guys for any future computer needs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They had my computer for over 2 weeks. Kept telling me they couldn’t fix my screen because they couldn’t get the right part from HP and then when they got the right part it didn’t work once installed. They said they tried 3 times to get the correct part from HP but couldn’t get a working screen. I took it somewhere else. They said my broken screen was not even removed and no attempt to fix it had been made, as the original glue was still in place. They had it fixed in 30 hours. Pretty sure this company were just trying to find 2nd hand parts and when they couldn’t get the right part cheaper they blamed HP for not being able to send working parts.
Got in touch to ask a question about hard drive repair, and the advice I got was great. We ended up working out that I didn't need to come in, and I should instead check the manufacturer's warranty. It was nice to be offered good advice even though it meant no money would change hands between us. Trustworthy business!

The staff there are honest and the computers are ready to take home really fast, there really cheap but are very good quality I would definitely recommend Precision Computers.
