When on about to leave her car for a 4 year fixed service, my wife was immediately asked if she wanted further work done at extra cost, a wheel balance and alignment. At her place of employment, the Service Department rang another two times asking if she wanted further work done at extra cost, flushing the fuel injectors and replacing the air-conditioning filter. Another call, the third, went unanswered because of work pressure, and a voicemail message was left requesting payment details. My wife had to call back three times before her call was answered causing her further inconvenience and wasting time. Despite all scheduled services having been done there since the car was new, the Service Booklet has not been notated as having every service done. Take your car to another dealer as we will, this lot are clearly not up to the mark.

Bought a car from Keema Hyudai at Mt Gravatt. Just want to say that I am very happy with the car and it must be said that the service was fantastic. I dealt with Julian Carnarvon who made everything very easy form me, thank you Julian. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful.
We were greeted by Fay before we even stepped foot into the showroom and the amazing service continued through the whole process; from signing my contract to picking up my new Kona just a few days later! After driving my new car for the last two weeks, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you to Fay for making me feel so comfortable and for dealing with my whole family tagging along for every visit!

Very sorry to say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding my car. One of them, the mechanic, was polite and friendly. No comments for all the rest..... I asked to speak to the manager. They didn't let me to speak to him. Someone else came claiming he was the manager.....trying to convince me that: " my car was fine and it was expected to behave like that due to its age." Unbelievable and soooo unprofessional.... However, that's not the main issue. Hyundai could not diagnose the car problem (Santa Fe) but I had to pay 160 to get my car back. Finally, I went to another store-mechanic team, they found the issue which was minor and common and fixed the car two days later. The car still runs perfectly, The (tragic) irony in their response below shows the level of the provided services.

Great service!! We dealt with James who has such a passion for his job you could tell he loves selling cars and Hyundai especially! Everything we asked for James got it done for a great price.
