Friendly, efficient service at a great price. Had issues with computer after self-installing the parts purchased from Computer Alliance, took my computer in and they diagnosed then fixed the issue free of charge. (faulty part from a different vendor)

Not happy with the service. They sent my PC to the wrong address, despite me telling them my new address 2 times. Got my PC eventually over a week late. Asked for a discount, got none. If you use these guys make sure they have your current address, you might have to do this 3 times. Bit disappointing, I've used these guys for years and this is the first problem I've had with them. Goodluck. [Edit - after calming down, I confess the new PC does run like a dream, and they were helpful with a few issues I had, so I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I would say what level of service you get comes down to the individual sales person you get on the day. I've had more positive experiences with them than negative. ]

Based on my one experience shopping online with Computer Alliance I wish I could give this store more stars. I ordered on Friday from QLD and it arrived on Monday in Melbourne, quicker than a Melbourne company managed to get a mousepad to me and I had ordered that on Wednesday. Big thanks to Will for the top notch communication skills and for getting it shipped out so soon, the Huntsman Elite feels AMAZING. Thanks again

The staff are very rude and will quite possibly abuse you during your visit (see other reviews for examples). You deserve better. Vote with your dollars and head elsewhere so maybe they will understand it's not ok to treat people like dirt in customer service or otherwise.
