At ground level. I had a fast and simple experience today after I arrived there early.
Easy parking, awesome receptionist, polite and friendly staff - ticked all the boxes. I saw how they dealt with aggressive behaviour of a customer. They are professional.
Steve comes highly recommended for all your daily Centrelink needs. Very friendly, and fairly insightful. Even took the extra time to ask about my hobby. Massive respect to him for going the extra mile.
All the Centrelink service on line are carefully designed by some brainless freaks to cause : DISINFORMATION , MISINFORMATION , NO INFORMATION AT ALL and STRESS ...ALL your Email contacts are carefully HIDDEN and phones conveniently just playing music and NOT ever connecting to operator ...WHAT a SCAM of USELESS web pages !! On contrary all the officers at 57 Sanders Centerlink office are ALWAYS very professional and helpful ... CHEERS
Go to the centrelink in Inala,this centrelink centre has too many condescending and unhelpful staff.It depends on your pick of the draw, whether you get a supportive staff member or the aggressive and degrading lady I had today(muslim ethnicity with scarf).Her attitude was exhibiting a clear succession to get rid of customers,informing them everything is done online or is automatic? When some aspects such as reporting,claims etc had to be done in the centre due to online outage.

This place is ridiculous. Different person tells different information. We want to transfer my wife Medicare to another card. First day we have been told she doesn't need to come in person as long as I have her IDs and she signed the transfer form. The next day I visited the same office with all forms and IDs and then the other lady at the counter insist that my wife must come in person and refused to provide any help with an extremely arrogant and rude tone. Then I called 132011 I repeat the same question Operator: yes you can lodge the transfer form as long as you have 100 points ID of your wife Me: but I just visited Mt gravatt office they refuse to process the request and insist my wife must be there in person Operator: bear with me I will check again 10mins later...I was transferred to mygov help line instead without notifying me at all. I ask the same question to mygov help line. Operator: this is my gov helpline you should call Medicare Me: yes I called Medicare but been transferred to here by Medicare Operator: I have trouble hear you can you speak properly Then they just hangup on me Im very disappointed with Australian government employees.
