Recently we took our new Jeep (which, in hindsight, regretfully, we had not bought from this dealership)
for its 10,000 km service, we left it with the extremely helpful Natasha and Joe from the service dept. unfortunately we got a call a few hours later informing us that RATS had got under the engine cover, chewed the wiring and started a nest with what looked like chewed up insulated shopping bags! To say we were amazed is an understatement ! Anyway, we returned, looked at the damage, were told the service staff were onto it! Again, unfortunately, it could not be finished in the allotted service time, and as we had 160kms to travel home, we felt we were running out of time to do so before dark, (as we had ponies and dogs locked up, ) time was getting short, so then without hesitation Joe voluntarily organised another brand new Jeep for us to take home, ensuring we were home before Roo time! we returned the next day, all good with vehicle, Thank goodness.
But the saga continues, Andy then left his wallet and phone in the borrowed vehicle, the car yard was closed, but when we rang, a young lady, Jackie, ran around trying to locate the vehicle, which had been taken home by a staff member, who then, when contacted, immediately returned to the dealership to return said items to us, so to finish up, what could have been a nightmare, ended up being professionally and cheerfully resolved, it was our first time dealing with this dealership, and we will return without any qualms what so ever, knowing that we will be looked after whatever may occur, we really felt that this dealership still retains " old fashioned customer service values"
