We are very fortunate that we selected Indigo Pools to build our pool. We asked for 5 quotes from other companies - his quote was competitive, and when you meet with him you will feel confident he knows all about pools in all sorts of situations. Conditions last winter were dreadful but Claude kept to the timeline. The workmanship of his team was wonderful, all problems were anticipated and managed - there were no surprises. Claude has continued to be contactable after the completion of the pool and provided valuable advice about how to clean the clay rain from our pool and who we could go to for further advice.

Amazing service...thank you Claude! Our friends were very envious of our sparkling pool over the Australia Day Weekend as they were all still struggling with muddy puddle like conditions. One call to Claude and a trip to Beautiful Swim in Mornington and our pool was as good as new and ready for our guests in 24 hours!

Indigo Pools built our amazing pool while we were still living in the UK. With the help of my brother, Claude & Steph kept us in the loop through the entire build. We were told it would be completed on our arrival, and it was! The after care service has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a pool to use Indigo Pools!
It took my wife and I a long time to decide how to best put into words a review that would do justice to the impeccably high levels of service, support and professionalism that we have received from Claude and Stephany of Indigo Pools both before, during and after the successful completion of our project. They are quite simply the best at what they do, delivering what they call "old fashioned service" with a smile. The service they provide certainly doesn't exist in the modern world and it is of an exceptionally high calibre. They are practising an art which has been lost over the years, they do what they say they are going to do. The quality of their work is outstanding. We definitely had some very difficult hurdles to overcome and only through their assistance, care, tenacity and collaborative approach were we able to have a pool and spa that is exactly what we wanted, and more. We couldn't be happier with the result, we have our own private resort pool!! Please do yourself a favour and Contract Indigo Pools to do as much of your project as they are willing to take on, as you will never find anyone better to manage it. Having done 1 new home build, 1 renovation, 2 repairs, 1 extension and now 1 pool and spa build, trust me I know. So very highly recommended!!! Having the Indigo Pools team create our wonderful concrete swimming pool was the best decision.
