Aussie Kenya Comunity Organisation (AKCO) is a charitable organisation based in the Mornington Peninsula that does community and charity work in Kenya. We needed survey work done before plans for a permit to use the new AKCO site at Hastings could be submitted to Council. Survey work can be quite expensive and as a struggling charity AKCO sent out a desperate appeal for any assistance or help we could find. Charlton Degg Land Development Consultants quickly responded and completed the survey work quite swiftly and at no charge whatsoever to AKCO! The staff at Charlton Degg were very prompt and professional in their work. They promptly replied to all our emails and phone calls whenever we had any questions to ask. They went beyond the call of duty and showed exemplary commitment to community and charity work. We highly recommend Charlton Degg for your survey work anytime!

Unfortunately, a very poor service. Advise from Tom Marks was horribly inaccurate and very costly to my project. Financial implications are still causing grief today because of the advice provided. The 2 month time frame advised, was almost 6 months for an expedited application through VicSmart. On top of missing basic deadlines, the fee for service is costly. Unable to meet the fee and a request for assistance regarding payment, Charlton Dogg Ignored the request and immediately started threatened with debt collectors. Don’t let me be the judge, shop around you will see a significant price difference.
