Ordered food at 8:39pm. It's 9.06 pm now and many people are waiting for thier orders. There are only two staff members at the front and no orders have been delivered. Inexperienced staff members who are arguing with each other. Extremely disappointed. You guys make a joke out of your loyal customers.

I was there today around 5:30pm to 6pm and one of the staff member taking my order at the drive through, She had no customer service skills and politeness. I asked her what’s in the family meal bundle and she replied back with the rude manner and she acted like she is giving food for free. People come and buy food after long hours of work this is unacceptable.
Don't go to this KFC, drive elsewhere. As with other reviews here the service is shocking! I ordered through drive thru, they asked me to wait 3 minutes for the wicked wings to cook. 3 minutes turned into 20 minutes and the chicken wasn't even fresh in addition my order was wrong. There was no way i was going to wait for a correction with my order if the service is like this. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!!!
Don't go through the drive thru you'll scratch your car rims or damage your car it is absolutely small. The food is also raw and the chips is soggy. Would not recommend to go there.
you need your own entry and exit. the left hook out of the place you cannot do in one motion you have to do like a 3 point turn. even in a small car, good luck anything bigger trying to get out of the drive thru
This is the best KFC I have visited in NSW. There chips is world class. You can't have enough. Nice staff and cool environment with enough parking space
This KFC is literally one of the best KFC's my family and I have tasted.Firstly I would like to start of with the most delicious wicked wing if you have had these you can call yourself blessed, and don't get me started with the extraordinary chips the are just mouth watering overall this KFC is one of the best i have ever tasted.
I gave my order around 5 pm and I waiting for my order more then 45 minutes. Then I asked for my order then staff said to me that it will more time. More then 2 staff asked my order number and they all are just moving around the corner but they are not serving the customer. Then said can I talk with manager then reply with very rude manners that manager is busy now. So terrible experience I will never go to this store again in my life . I will make complaint about this store to KFC headquarters .
