Not a lot of playground really. My 4yo was entertained for 2.5 hours easily but I wouldn't bring my older kids here. It was 15 degrees outside today and I don't think it was much more in the cafe. I was cold. The gravy was brown water, pie was pale and full of chunks of fat. Wedges and hot chocolate were awesome. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff.

As expected the kids had a ball and really loved it (for a 7th birthday party). Not great for Grandparents as very noisey and difficult to convese, but as you might expect, unless you never had children. The children where well catered for. The adults where catered for as well, but did not get plates & serviettes or offered any drinks but perhaps that was the fault of the organiser. The staff where minimal ( I think only two staff on the floor and I would hope at least one out back organising and cooking platers) and extremely busy with large childrens parties and quite a few drop-ins.
Owners are lovely. Food not too bad, it's quick. Coffee also not too bad. My kid's favourite play cafe and very close to home which is great!
I regularly take my grandchildren and we have a lot of fun together, I don't have a problem with the Play Cafe but my issue is with the parents, grandparents, caregivers that take their children there ,sit and enjoy their coffee and do not supervise their children ! They are unaware that their kids can be mean,pushy and do not play nicely with others. I've had to stop this behaviour and report it to the owner on several occasions.
Just as well I didn't want to sit down. Think the owners also need to work on their customer relationship skills...
Fun play equipment for all ages. Food available for purchase. Would be great to see some vegan options.
Great place to let the kids have fun and Interact, bonus points for not telling me off for also playing on the slide. Coffee was also great
