I enjoy the variety of classes especially the 4pm and yoga. Everything is well maintained and the fitness instructors are super friendly.

It's incredibly dissapointing to be turned away on a 40 degree day for not booking ahead. My children were left very upset. It's confusing for me to tell them we aren't allowed in while large groups of others rock up (without bookings) and allowances are made to let them into the lap pool. The one and only time I've come before I found the staff to be rude. I can see from the other reviews this seems be an issue for other customers. The restrictions ofcoarse are in place for a reason but yours are confusing and inconsistent. There has to be another way to do this - other leisure centres seem to make it work. Thanks for your time.

Small pools only allowed to swim in the 1m deep kids pool because the big pool is only for squads and training lanes. Staff asked people to leave after 20mins in the pool because they were approaching there covid full number absolute joke
