Best dealership experience I've ever had. Whenever I've been to a dealership I'm left standing around looking pretty. Not here! Approached by a helpful staff member within moments of walking on the premises, even when I was being helped and had that staff member go off to attend to something for me, I had 2 other staff come by at different times to see if I was being attended to. Wasn't pressured into anything when I when buying my car, which was a nice change to the other 2 times at other dealerships where they have tried to get me to get tinted windows, dashcams and other rubbish. Shout out to Brendan for helping me with my Jimny purchase. Couldn't fault him at all. If in future I wanna get another car I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

cant reccomend moss vale motor group enough very straight to the point honest and reasonable when it comes to pricing and service, Alex from service department has gone above and beyond for me ensuring that my ute stays on the tracks and could not be happier with the rest of the team as well. would I reccomend moss vale motor group. short answers yes I sure would ! thanks Alex and the team at moss vale motor group!!!!

I'd give one star but the experience was worse for a friend. No help at all with any of the cars while I was looking around, only got showed where the toilet was, but I guess that's all you can expect when the Business Manager - Brian gets extremely aggressive to people who drive hours for a good experience. I honestly hope Moss Vale Group get their act together. If you are a new customer, please think twice about going here.
